- Palate: Hay, earthy flavours, honey, pepper the mouth, lots of peat smoke and sweetness with vanilla and tropical fruits.
- Finish: Meaty and salty, gives your mouth a lovely feeling like you’ve just eaten smoked roasted pork belly. Delicious.
